We use your information only to deliver your assessment results, to follow up with you about services that fit your needs, and to improve what we offer. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely and access is restricted. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can request access to your information, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing info@jentellectaigroup.com.
A note on protected health information
This site does not collect, and is not intended to collect, protected health information (PHI) or patient data. Please do not enter any patient information into the assessment or any form on this site.
