I started where a lot of you started. My first day in healthcare, I was a pharmacy technician learning the floor. That was 21 years ago.

I didn't come up through a tech company. I came up through the pharmacy. I worked my way from technician to leading pharmacy automation for a large health system — the systems that keep medication moving safely across an entire network of hospitals.

When AI showed up, I didn't learn it from a textbook or a vendor deck. I learned it the only way that counts in healthcare. I put it to work in my own operations. I built the agents. I trained my own team to use them. I watched what failed, and I fixed it.

That is the difference. I am not a tech consultant who learned healthcare. I am a healthcare insider who learned AI. I have lived every part of this system, from the floor to the leadership table.

I never left that perspective behind. Now I help other healthcare leaders get AI right, using the tools they already have, taught by someone who has actually done it from the inside.

Because getting AI wrong in healthcare isn't a bad quarter. It's a risk to the people we're supposed to protect.
